What it does

The whole production, in one place.

Plan

  • Set up the season, the shows, the roles and the zones — or copy last season’s.
  • One production schedule, with a version for every audience: models see call times, the AV team sees cues.
  • Income and expenses as they happen — tickets, fees, sponsors and receipts.
  • Your team, each with exactly the access they need, and nothing more.
The production schedule in ARRIVÉE

Who’s in your show

Everyone gets their own way in.

Guest-list tools manage the audience. ARRIVÉE manages everyone in the production — these are just some of the roles, and you can add as many of your own as you need. Choose one to see what they get.

Designers

Their collection, their team.

  • Apply with their collection, pay the designer fee if you set one, and sign the designer agreement online.
  • Their portal: the schedule, their running order, and what they still owe you — music, logos, line sheets.
  • Their looks in the runway shop, where guests ask for them.
  • After the show, photos and video of their collection.

Models

Apply, sign, walk.

  • Apply with the details and photos you ask for, and sign the model release online.
  • Their portal: the designers they walk for, call times and the schedule meant for them.
  • Backstage access at the door, and only where they need to be.
  • After the show, the photos of the designers they walked for.

Talent

Hosts, performers, special guests.

  • Their own form and agreement, separate from the models.
  • Their call times and cues on their own version of the schedule.
  • Access to the zones they work in, and their photos afterwards.

Sponsors

Seen, and accounted for.

  • A sponsor agreement signed online, and their payments recorded with your income.
  • Their videos and logos in the AV kit, in running order.
  • Their seats and tickets, and a portal of their own.

Vendors

In, set up, and out.

  • Register and sign the vendor agreement, with a fee if you charge one.
  • Load-in times on their version of the schedule.
  • Access only to the zones they work in.

Crew

Hair, makeup, styling, backstage.

  • Each team registers by role and signs its own agreement.
  • Call times and the schedule meant for them.
  • Backstage access at the door, and messages just for their team.

Press

Accredited, and well looked after.

  • Apply for accreditation, approved by you.
  • The press page, the media kit and your press releases.
  • Their place at the door — the press riser, not backstage.

Guests

From ticket to seat.

  • Tickets bought online, with a QR code for the door.
  • Their seat on the chart, and VIP seats for the people you choose.
  • The runway shop: they tap “I want this” on a look and the designer follows up.

The press

The coverage is the show after the show.

From accreditation to the last published story, ARRIVÉE runs your press desk — and keeps track of what every outlet owes you.

  1. Before

    Accreditation & the media kit

    • Press apply for accreditation, and you approve them.
    • A Press & Media Kit with your overview, press contact, releases, logos and photos.
    • Your designers and models in the kit — bios and headshots, each one approved by you before press can see it.
  2. During

    The newsroom & the riser

    • Press releases with dateline and date, published to your press page.
    • Press seats on the chart and the press riser at the door — and nowhere they shouldn’t be.
    • Preview the kit exactly as press are served it.
  3. After

    Coverage, filed back

    • Each outlet sends back a link to what they published, with the credit line they want used.
    • See who has filed, who hasn’t, and what still needs to be pulled down.
    • Covered the show but weren’t on the list? They can add themselves.

Every department

From the press desk to the AV booth.

Each part of your production has its own place in ARRIVÉE — all working from the same people, the same shows and the same schedule.

Press desk

Press accreditation you approve, a curated press list, the media kit, press releases, and the coverage each outlet files.

AV management

Every track, video and logo in running order, with the names your AV team will see — and a list of what is still missing.

Production schedule

One master schedule, with a version for every audience. Print it, or let each person see theirs in their portal.

Casting & running order

Who walks for which designer, in what order, in every show.

Tickets, seating & VIP

Ticket tiers with sold-out limits, refunds, a seating chart for every show, and VIP seats.

The door

QR check-in by zone, a self check-in kiosk, badge numbers, and a paper list in case the Wi-Fi fails.

Messages & chat

Email by role or by show, and group chats with a bubble on every screen.

Hotels

Hotel information for the roles you choose, shown in their portals.

Runway shop

Guests tap “I want this” on a look; the designer follows up.

Income & expenses

Tickets, fees, sponsors and receipts, in one place.

Photos & video

Post-production galleries delivered to the people in them.

Team & access

Each member of your team sees and does only what their level allows.

Built for your production

Not a template. Your own ARRIVÉE.

Every production gets its own custom deployment — set up around the way you run your show, and kept apart from everyone else’s.

i.

Your roles

Designers, models, ambassadors, stylists, sponsors — whatever your production calls them. Each role has its own form, its own fee, its own zones and its own messages.

ii.

Your agreements

Your own contracts, written your way, a different one for every role. Change the wording any time: new signers get the new version, and every signed copy stays exactly as it was signed.

iii.

Your data, secured

Your production’s records live in their own database, separate from every other production. Your team sees only what their access allows, official IDs are locked away — opened only by owners, and every viewing logged — and payments can go straight into your own Stripe account.

iv.

Open architecture

Built around the way you produce, not the other way round: your roles, your registration questions, your zones, your agreements, your schedule. Switch on the departments you need, and grow into new ones. Everything comes out in standard files — spreadsheets, PDFs and one complete data file.

Your data is yours. Take it and leave whenever you like.

Download everything for your event in one file at any time — registrants, check-ins, invitations, settings and archives. If you ever go, take it with you, and we delete every copy we hold: the live event, every archive, every photo and every official ID.

Zoned security

Everyone where they belong. No one where they don’t.

You name the zones. Each role is let into its own. Every door scans a QR code, admits or turns away, counts against the zone’s capacity, and logs the entry.

An example layout — every venue is set up its own way.

Why ARRIVÉE

One platform, instead of five.

Most shows run on a patchwork: forms for applications, an e-signature service for contracts, a ticketing site, a seating tool, a shared drive for the music and spreadsheets for everything else.

i.

Your agreements, built in

Your own contracts for every role, signed inside the platform and kept with each person’s record — no separate e-signature subscription.

ii.

Your money, your account

Ticket sales and fees can be paid straight into your own Stripe account — no waiting on a marketplace to pay you out.

iii.

Yours, in your colours

Your own app at your own address, with your logo, in four languages — set up for you.

Zoned security

Each role let into its own zones only — backstage, runway, press — with capacity limits and a log of every entry.
